Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal, Debit/Credit cards are processed on PayPal’s secure system and you are redirected back to Prehistoric Online once payment is complete. Below is a list of accepted payment methods via PayPal:

Handling
Prehistoric fulfills orders daily, most orders ship in 1-3 days.
Returns
Prehistoric will accept returns of item(s) within 30 days of the date of the order. Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% of the purchase price and return shipping fees. Fees are assessed upon return of item(s) and a refund is then processed.
To start a refund request please send an email to Prehistoric including the order number.
Things to keep in mind:
- Item(s) should be returned in the same original condition
- Return packaging should be complete and secure
- Refunds are generally processed in 5-7 business days once Prehistoric has received the item(s)
- Each item is subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price
- The customer assumes return shipping costs to Prehistoric
